Hello My Name is Chelsea Johnson I'm seeking help for the sake of my Grandfather willie Johnson My Grandfather is a retired Veteran he has cooked for the president and accomplished so many things , but he is currently being Financially  Exploited and Abandoned By his younger son. my Grandmother was his legal guardian up until she passed away in June of 2024 ,We made a promise to her on her death bed that we would take care of him because by that time she realized her younger son's true colors also , she even regret making him the executive over her will . once my Grandmother passed away my father and his younger brother both became legal guardian of my Grand dad but only my Dad takes full care of my Grand dad with the help of my Mother ,Me and Also my siblings  my Grandfather brings about $5K In A Month but doesn't see none of it , numerous of  times I have seen my Grandfather's statements showing my uncle is using his finances for personal gain .he even goes to certain ATMs twice A day , he doesn't buy groceries Nor Supplies to help Take care of my  Grandfather he also took all his bank cards , social security card , birth certificate and identification away from Us most of the time when his identification is needed we have to hunt my uncle down for it. several times the hospital wouldn't see my Grand dad because he had no identification. the bills are always late or never paid his truck note was behind 4 months  ,He doesn't Even visit him but sits in front of a liquor store 247 and when he does visit my Grand dad once or twice a month my Grand dad  can't stand to see my uncle or speak to him because he is starting to understand what is being done to him due to the circumstances of him also having dementia . my family is scared to help because my uncle has made threats .My uncle has fully abandoned him and as of now my Grand dad is currently staying with my sister because my uncle wont fix the heat in his home , he has been staying with my sister going on two months I am asking for help because My Grandfather needs A voice , I am tired of crying and feeling helpless I love my Grandfather more than myself he has always been a family man and took care of us and loved us unconditionally . please help me get my Grand dad the justice and care that he deserves , when you love someone you fight for them until you cant no more , I wont stop until I fight for him And until he is served with justice .
