We are writing this with broken hearts to demand justice for Wangwang and her innocent puppies, who were brutally tortured and killed. Wangwang, a defenseless mother dog, and her tiny, helpless babies committed no crime. Yet, they became the targets of extreme cruelty, their agony recorded and shared online for the amusement and profit of a sadistic animal abuse network.

This is not an isolated incident. Organized underground networks are actively torturing animals, producing horrific videos, and encouraging copycat crimes. Because of the lack of comprehensive animal protection laws in certain countries, including China, these abusers operate in the shadows with zero legal consequences. Activists and citizens who try to speak out to save these animals are systematically silenced, while the abusers continue their cruel acts with impunity.

Humanity has a fundamental duty to protect vulnerable lives. When we allow helpless animals like Wangwang and her puppies to be tortured to death without any consequences, we fail as a civilized society. This is our collective responsibility.

We urgently demand:

1. Justice for Wangwang and Her Puppies: We demand a thorough investigation into the perpetrators who abused Wangwang and her puppies, ensuring they are identified and held accountable.

2. Global Social Media Platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.): Implement a zero-tolerance policy. Immediately ban and block all accounts, hashtags, and hidden networks that share, promote, or trade animal abuse content.

3. Establishment of Stronger Animal Protection Laws: We call upon international policy makers to apply diplomatic pressure to establish and strictly enforce comprehensive animal cruelty laws globally, ending the era of impunity for abusers.
