Dear Respected Sir --

I am writing to you with respect to the case of my brother who was kidnapped and killed by a pedophile network. The details of his case are listed in the linked petition. For the past 42 years, our family has been denied justice on account of institutional racism where my brother's case was de-prioritised in the UK.  

As a result of a recently released podcast by the BBC and the pressure, the local police in Sussex have agreed to revisit the case. We have lost our faith in the police and would like an impartial body to monitor the process. 

I am writing to see if your organization can assist us in any way or refer me onward. In any event, I hope that you and your colleagues will sign the petition. It is never too late for my family and my brother to get justice.
