Justice for Vincent Doan: The fight for Vincent Doan's Freedom

Justice for Vincent Doan: The fight for Vincent Doan's Freedom
The Issue
Vincent Doan has been imprisoned for nearly three decades serving a life sentence without parole. It was a Capital Murder trial with Death Penalty specifications. One of the Jury Forman's stated on a documentary the jury could not give Vincent the death penalty because they did not know the cause of death or circumstances surrounding it. Which is reasonable doubt the "not knowing". There was No body, No Crime scene, No Eyewitness to a crime, No weapon, No blood, No DNA ever to be found AGAINST Vincent. Carrie and her car are still missing to date, she is listed on the Ohio Missing Person's website. Carrie's death certificate states she is PRESUMED dead by order of the court. Despite undeniable evidence of his innocence and Prosecutorial Misconduct he remains behind bars. Throughout his incarceration Vincent has remained resilient and became a certified mentor to others including myself. He mentored me when I was at my lowest inspiring me to turn my life around. His wisdom and guidance has impacted countless lives. He still continues to encourage me to be positive to challenge myself and to have a good work ethic. Vincent has used his technical skills to not only maintain a meaningful job but also keeps up the maintenance of the prisons he is in. Vincent has completed many Programs and Apprenticeships over these years. His case is considered a High Profile case and has been featured on many Documentaries including, National Geographic, Courttv, Dateline, American Justice, Unsolved Mysteries, On The Case With Paula Zahn. As well as National News stations.
Vincent was the first person in the state of Ohio and fourth in the United States to be found guilty of murder without a body. The jury was allowed to find Vincent "guilty" by the greater weight of the CIRCUMSTANCIAL evidence. When in fact the law states for a criminal case the jury instructions are beyond a reasonable doubt. If you have read this far please take a little more of your time and learn his story. Follow Vincent Doan on Facebook also www.justiceforvincentdoan.com Vincent despite being offered several deals not only during the trial but over the years Vincent has refused them and maintains his innocence to date.
