Justice For Victims Of San Francisco's Serial Boxer: Patrick Michael Lawlor

FACTS

1. I was gruesomely assaulted by Patrick Michael Lawlor, a retired heavyweight boxer at Gino & Carlos in San Francisco just before recent 18-year old victim CJ Enguillado. Lawlor broke my three front teeth, bashed in my left eye needing six stitches; attacking me and leaving me further paralyzed for life. Lawlor’s actions were intentional and with malice, having knowledge that I was a prior 100% disabled veteran with a traumatic brain injury.

2. Lawlor slandered to SFPD when I called 9/11 for help. He fabricates self defense when Lawlor stalked me out of the restaurant as I was leaving after he threatened me inside. Without any forensics he had been touched and two patrons leaving in an ambulance, the SFPD bought his ruse and did not even detain Lawlor - who is a convict from San Quentin with a long history of violence. SFPD falsified the report without checking his ID as "Lawler" to protect the locally infamous assailant. The owner Frank Rossi and paid Sergeant Lum bold-faced lied to the news by stating that these assaults by Lawlor had never occurred before at Gino & Carlos; so Rossi and Lum attempted to manipulate the public and conceal their incited continued assaults with victims stepping forward. How many more victims of Lawlor's are out there and need support to feel safe reporting?

3. Last year bigot Lawlor attacked the third innocent Asian-American at Aces & Gino & Carlos publicly. His accomplice Dep. McCormick, an Irish regular, threatened me with a gun while he was restrained with a Temporary Restraining Order for the same harassment with violence in Oct. McCormick said he knew where my family lived and would harm me severely, if I came forward, or if he lost his job at Customs & Border Protection.

LAW

4. The city, courts, cops and DA dropped all continued charges against Lawlor dismissing every victim right and backed employees who falsified their report when SFPD originally failed to prosecute the felon. A federal judge threw my personal injury case out for being late, even though I was warned with threats of violence not to file. Semi-retired Judge White will not accept the clearly written harassment of witness tampering and simply toll the 2-year CA statutes of limitations to allow my civil case. CJ still has time to file civil lawsuits and deserves to have criminal charges against Lawlor reopened.

CONCLUSION

5. My already diminished quality of life has been wrecked by Lawlor's hideous hateful attack. The doctors aren't sure what additional injury was caused when Lawlor savagely brain damaged me, due to having a prior TBI. No one in SF really seemed to care since it didn't happen to them and condoned the brutality executed solely against a sub-minority.

6. Despite covid lockdowns and no access to courts, residents are not afforded mercy to file. Is this new government of, for, and by the people or more aligned with the objectives of the agents who believe their position endows superior authority to Constitutional equity?

7. Working this case solo so far, mostly documenting, I'm trying to help CJ (who doesn't know who I am because I didn't seek to interfere with the new prosecution). Yet I reached out to his Grandpa on the fund this morning when I couldn't sleep. 

Bottom line is that this petition to SF's Mayor London Breed needs to be signed by as many concerned citizens as possible immediately for legislative action. ⚖️

When will citizens stand up against and hold Patrick Lawlor: San Francisco's Serial Boxer and Gino & Carlos business accountable?
