On August 22, 2020 Tyress Gipson was lured from his home in Jacksonville Tx by three individuals from Palestine Tx. He was taken at gun point and led to an apartment in Palestine Tx where an individual and his two girlfriends as well as a large number of individuals were waiting for him. He was assaulted causing bodily harm which consisted of his DNA being found in the trunk of the car he was put in then taken to private property owned by another individual. Four have been charged in his disappearance although there are several others involved who have not been charged. According to Texas Laws the individuals who have not been charged or even arrested are accessories/accomplices. The Palestine Tx Police Department in Anderson County and The Jacksonville Tx Police Department in Cherokee County along with The Tx Rangers US Marshals and The FBI have actual proof and enough evidence to arrest and hold these individuals responsible for their part in the case but they have not even attempted in doing so. Two of the four arrested and charged are out on bail and they are a danger to the public. The District Attorney in Cherokee County has not performed his work in a timely manner which is not near leading Justice for Tyress Gipson. WE WANT JUSTICE and his family deserves and wants to know where their son is. These individuals took something that did not belong to them from a Family who deserve answers support and Justice for their innocent son Tyress Gipson. Everything that is not getting done is not ok and it’s unacceptable. Tyress Gipson mattered just as equal as every other human being who has not been found and those whose lives have been wrongfully taken. I am asking that the Authorities and Officials who represent The State of Texas and who hold a position and have sworn under oath to please come forward and assist in this case to rightfully see that everyone involved are convinced and brought to Justice. It is not ok to commit crimes and break Texas State Laws and not be punished. This is not ok and it is not at all right. Laws were written for a reason. Not because they were to just be read. What if this was your child? Your only son? Your grandson? Your brother? Your nephew? Your cousin? Your best friend? I want everyone who reads this to just stop a minute and imagine what Tyress Gipson’s mother wakes up and has to face everyday and imagine what she has running through her mind each and every second of every day. This horrific nightmare could happen to anyone anywhere at anytime. Anyone could wake up tomorrow and their life be changed forever just as Tyress Gipson’s Families loved ones and friends have. Without doubt I am certain that anyone ever faced with the disappearance of their child would want Justice too. Tyress Gipson deserves Justice. His family needs to know where he is so they can respectfully do what is necessary and have as much closure as possible.
