I’m Shira Davis, and my son(TJ) Tiquann Davis Jr., was killed on 8/29/21,by 4 when young men and his body was pulled out the Mississippi River, in St. Paul Minnesota. The St Paul police department didn’t questioned these men at their station, the men that last saw my son alive. The SPPD shielded their body cameras. The Ramsey County sheriff department/ water department, has racially discriminated and racially profiled me and my daughter from the beginning. The Ramsey County attorney office John Choi has racially discriminated me too. I want the FBI and the BCA to re- open my sons case for a proper investigation. I reach out to my mayor, attorney general, and the Governor and they dismissed me. So now we protest and petitions. If that was my black son , he would of been taken to the police station and questioned, without a parent. This needs to stop happening in the black and brown communities, these law enforcement agencies are protecting these white young men, the judicial system should be equal.
