April 3rd, 2022 Timothy Skipper Jr. went to  speak with a neighbor regarding this neighbor continually driving extremely fast past our home and all the homes in our neighborhood. He was completely unarmed and was going to ask him to slow down going down our private road in our neighborhood because we all have children and pets. No one knows for sure what transpired at the neighbors home for sure, but when he was leaving our home he was going to leave our 9 year old son ride along up to the neighbors to speak with them so his intentions were not to go and have a violent altercation, I asked our son to stay home and help put away the groceries for the week and thank goodness he did. But after only a short period of time another neighbor came and told us that Tim had been shot by our neighbor. Our neighbor not only shot him once but 3 times. I found him laying in the driveway when I went to attempt to save his life. The person who cowardly shot an unarmed man is pleading self defense and continues to walk free while my 9 and 13 year old sons will never see their father again. Many of the neighbors in my neighborhood have told me they do not feel safe with this person walking around free, because he has intimidated most of them in the past. My youngest son hasn’t felt safe enough to stay home since that night. The perpetrator is hiding behind our states Castle Doctrine laws, which is not what they were created for, not only was he unarmed but outnumbered at the time of that should at most been a verbal altercation between neighbors. Please help our family and friends receive Justice for what was basically a murder of a loving father, husband, son, brother and friend to many. This happened in Huntingdon County Pennsylvania please help me and my family to push for this murderer to prosecuted to the full extent of the law. No one in my neighborhood should have to feel unsafe to be home alone or to drive us from the home we’ve just celebrated our 1st year of living in. Please help us to ensure Justice is served for my children and the rest of our neighborhood. I am unable to say the defendants name at this time due to it being an ongoing investigation, but please do not let a cowardly murder hide behind a law meant to protect those who are truly in danger from armed violent people! Thank you
