Hi my name is David Doggett, and I recently got into a terrible arrangement with an apparently “well known slumlord of Tampa” and ended up being evicted without any cause besides withholding rent for damages. I had multiple structural integrity issues cause mostly by water damage and resilience to inspect/manage property. There was a larger infestation of rats, and 8 separate code enforcement violations. The owner of Gracie LLC called with belligerence, threats and profanity when notified about the property being inspected. I have now ended up displaced/homeless because the money and savings I had went into maintaining the apartment to the best of my abilities. He has failed to appear in court and has evaded being officially served. Please help any way possible.
