Thank you to everyone who has signed and shared this petition in support of Terry. Your continued support matters more than ever. Terry has Phenylketonuria (PKU) and documented learning disabilities, medical and cognitive conditions that significantly affect his ability to process information, comprehend complex legal proceedings, and protect his own rights under stress. These conditions are not incidental; they are medically recognized disabilities that require awareness, accommodation, and careful consideration within the justice system. At this stage, we are formally calling for the following actions: 1. Court Review We are asking the court to conduct a full and meaningful review of Terry’s case with proper consideration of his medical and cognitive disabilities, including whether appropriate safeguards, accommodations, and protections were provided at every critical stage of the proceedings. 2. District Attorney Action We are requesting that the District Attorney’s Office review Terry’s case for fairness and due process, including whether his disabilities were adequately recognized and whether continuing to uphold the outcome serves the interests of justice. 3. Independent Review We are calling for an independent review by qualified medical, psychological, and legal professionals to assess how Terry’s PKU and learning disabilities impacted his understanding, decision-making, and ability to participate fully and fairly in his case. We are actively obtaining and submitting Terry’s medical and educational records to support these requests and to ensure the full context of his disabilities is formally documented. This petition is not only about Terry—it is about accountability. Individuals with disabilities deserve protection, not disadvantage. When medical and cognitive conditions are overlooked, the consequences can be permanent and life-altering. How you can help right now: • Please sign the petition if you have not already • Share this petition widely with your networks and advocacy communities • Help amplify Terry’s story so it receives the attention and review it deserves Every signature strengthens our call for transparency, fairness, and justice. Your support sends a powerful message: disability rights must be respected in every courtroom. Thank you for standing with Terry. Advocating for justice, accountability, and disability rights
