I submitted a formal Right-to-Know request to the Pennsylvania State Police asking for every document, report, interview, and piece of evidence connected to Terry’s case. This includes incident reports, investigative notes, dispatch logs, witness statements, and anything else that was created during the 2011 investigation. I’m doing this because Terry has spent years fighting for answers, and we now know there are serious questions about how his case was handled. Accessing the full records is an important step toward uncovering the truth. As you can see on Terry’s docket, there were numerous discovery issues, continuances, and motions to compel that were denied or delayed. Terry repeatedly asked for access to his records while incarcerated and was denied again and again.  This petition is about transparency, fairness, and giving Terry the chance he never had: a complete review of what really happened.
