More information has come forward about Terry Fry Jr’s case, and it’s important for everyone supporting this petition to know the truth. Terry was originally facing 7–8 charges, including extremely serious allegations like rape, but almost every single one of those charges was dropped. Why? Because there was: • No DNA evidence • No medical exam • No involvement from CYS • No police officer ever coming to the home • No investigation that supported the allegations Despite all of this, Terry was left with two charges the ones explained previously and was then pressured into accepting a plea he didn’t fully understand due to his PKU and cognitive limitations. He agreed to a 5–10 year plea, only for an additional charge to be added after he signed, doubling everything. The DA threatened him with 20+ years if he didn’t accept the deal, and once he did, the court still gave him 10–20 years on each count. Terry wasn’t violent, didn’t hide from police, and wasn’t even arrested at home his family voluntarily took him to the state police barracks, where they arrested him. Terry has now served 13½ years, with 14 years coming up in 2026, all based on a plea that was changed after the fact and a case that lacked evidence. This is not justice. This is a broken system taking advantage of someone with a disability. Please continue sharing Terry Fry Jr’s petition. Every signature helps bring attention to a case that desperately needs to be re-examined. Thank you for standing with Terry and our family.
