My heart is shattered by the incompetence of these police officers. If you haven’t seen the video, a police officer decided it was a good idea instead of trying to work the catch pole (which on the video he clearly couldn’t get it to work so he got frustrated) so he SHOT the poor, blind, deaf, innocent dog. TWICE. This officer has obviously shown he is a threat to society, yet has been relieved of charges. I am here today to demand he face the same exact punishment that a citizen were to receive if having murdered a police dog. The only difference between these situations would be that the police dog is a threat to your life. This tiny little innocent dog that showed no signs of aggression was killed. 
And any judge that disagrees with me should be held for treason against the United States of America to the furthest extent of the law.

All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.

NOR DENY TO ANY PERSON within its jurisdiction the EQUAL PROTECTION OF LAWS. 
EQUAL PROTECTION OF LAWS. Every citizen of the United States, whether black, white, Mexican, Russian, Asian, police officer, thief, JUDGE, drug dealer, etc…. Shall be held EQUALLY accountable. Equally does NOT mean someone else gets more privileges because of their work title. Equal means equal. No matter how you look at it.  

The cop works for the state(aka the government), so the cop is part of the state correct? It says “NOR SHALL ANY STATE deprive any person of LIFE, liberty, OR PROPERTY, without DUE PROCESS of law. 
There was no trial. There was no sitting in jail for 90 days to wait for it. 
If it were a person that killed a police dog (out of self defense nonetheless) they would be in jail right NOW unless they got bonded out (if they even received bond). Then they would be put on trial for murder with a 20-life sentence ahead of them. For defending their own lives. Those dogs can actually kill you if they get you by the throat. That poor blind dog wouldn’t have even been able to FIND the polices ANKLES much less BITE THEM. 

End qualified immunity!

This doctrine was designed to keep police officers above the law. The only way that qualified immunity could NOT be granted is if 

1: The evidence shows that the conduct was unlawful; (which it was blatant murder) AND

2: The officers should have known they were violating “clearly established” law, because a prior court case had already been deemed similar police actions to be illegal

So if they’re granted immunity over and over again after killing 100s of dogs, however none of them get charged for murder, that means they can still be immune to punishment even though if a CITIZEN did this they would be held to the fullest extent of the law. 

JUSTICEFORTEDDY We are THE PEOPLE. We outnumber them 999 to 1! IF YOU’RE NOT EVER GONNA STAND FOR ANYTHING IN YOUR LIFE AT LEAST STAND FOR THE MOST INNOCENT CREATURE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. SHOW THE COURTS AND THE GOVERNMENT THAT WE ARE DONE WITH LETTING THEM OFF EASILY. POLICE WILL NOW BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE JUST AS A NORMAL CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. INJUSTICE WILL NO LONGER SERVE US. WE ARE DONE WITH IT.
