(*French and Arabic below) NEW DOCUMENTARY EXPOSES 2ND PLAINTIFF’S LIES: PAULE-EMMA A. A new documentary exposes lies of Paule-Emma A. (Christelle), the second complainant in Tariq Ramadan’s case. Now HER version is collapsing. During the making of a documentary on the Tariq Ramadan case, two investigative journalists studied the cases of several complainants and their stories. Ahead of airing the documentary, these two journalists (a Belgian and a Dutch) contacted us. They revealed to have obtained extensive unpublished information about the complainants, their collusion and their lies. They also established links with some of the shadow instigators involved in this case. However, the most important information to date concerns the second complainant Paule-Emma A. (aka Christelle) who just evaded the court confrontation [with Tariq Ramadan] – that was scheduled on July 18- under the pretext of illness. The investigative journalists informed us that they had obtained six photos of Paule-Emma A. and that two agencies, specialized in facial recognition, one based in the United States and the other in Holland, confirm that Paule- Emma A. was in Tariq Ramadan's conference hall when she said she was secluded in the hotel room on the evening of October 9, after being allegedly raped. The two public photos taken during the conference were scrutinized and confirm with a margin of certainty of 75% (for the American institute) and 88% (for that of Holland) that it was indeed Paule-Emma A in the conference hall. The percentages leave little room for doubt. The journalists have also obtained a testimony that confirms this information. Other elements concerning the four complainants will be revealed during the broadcast of this documentary in the next few weeks, we have been told. One can only be surprised that this research has not already been conducted by the judges and the criminal unit in charge of the case. There is every reason to believe that exculpatory evidence is systematically neglected or knowingly delayed. This information, if confirmed as we have been informed by the producers of this documentary, is of crucial importance. It will result in the collapse of the second complainant’s version, after the first complainant, Henda Ayari, has lost all credibility and merit. We expect the judges to honor their responsibilities and put an end to this travesty of justice by respecting Tariq Ramadan's rights to fair and equal treatment. Dans le cadre de la réalisation d’un documentaire sur l’affaire Tariq Ramadan, deux journalistes d’investigation ont mené leurs enquêtes sur les différentes plaignantes et leurs versions. Avant la diffusion prochaine de ce documentaire, les deux journalistes (belge et hollandais) nous ont contactés pour nous informer qu’ils avaient obtenu de nombreuses informations inédites sur les plaignantes, leur collusion et leurs mensonges. Ils ont également établi des liens avec certains instigateurs de l’ombre impliqués dans cette affaire. Néanmoins l’information la plus importante à ce jour concerne la seconde plaignante Paule-Emma A.(alias Christelle) qui vient de se dérober de la confrontation normalement prévue le 18 juillet dernier sous prétexte de maladie. Les journalistes d’investigation nous ont informés qu’ils avaient obtenus six photos de Paule-Emma A. et que deux compagnies spécialisées dans la reconnaissance faciale,l’une basée aux États-Unis et l’autre en Hollande, confirment que Paule-Emma A. était bien dans la salle de conférence de Tariq Ramadan au moment où elle dit avoir été sequestrée dans la chambre d’hôtel le soir du 9 octobre, après avoir été soi-disant violée. L’expertise des deux photos du public de la conférence confirme avec une marge de certitude de 75%( pour l’institut américain) et 88% (pour celui de Hollande) qu’il s’agit bien de Paule-Emma A. Les pourcentages laissent peu de place au doute. Les journalistes affirment avoir obtenu un témoignage qui confirme cette information. D’autres éléments, concernant les quatre plaignantes, seront révélés lors de la diffusion de ce documentaire dans les toutes prochaines semaines nous ont-ils assuré. Nous ne pouvons qu’être surpris que ces recherches n’aient pas déjà été menées par les juges et la brigade criminelle en charge du dossier. Tout porte à penser que les éléments à décharge sont systématiquement négligés où sciemment retardés. Cette information, d’une portée capitale, si elle se confirme comme nous en informent les réalisateurs de ce documentaire, fait s’effondrer la version de la seconde plaignante après que celle de Henda Ayari a perdu toute crédibilité et fondement. Nous attendons des juges qu’ils prennent leurs responsabilités et mettent un terme à cette parodie d’instruction en respectant les droits de Tariq Ramadan à un traitement juste et égalitaire.
