L’avocat de Tariq Ramadan affirme que la procédure n’a pas été respecté notamment sur ces deux points : 1/ un document important a été dissimulé. Le billet d’avion qui fournit un alibi à Tariq Ramadan. 2- Caroline Fourest a affirmé qu’elle avait mis Christelle en relation avec un Juge. Pour l’avocat de Tariq, il est possible que ce Juge soit encore en fonction. Voire même qu’il soit la personne qui a dissimulé le document. L’avocat de Tariq Ramadan demande qu’il y ait une enquête et remet en cause l’impartialité de la Justice. Tariq Ramadan’s lawyers have said the judicial procedure has not been respected for the following two reasons : 1- An important file had been hidden (The plane ticket alibi). 2- Caroline Fourest says she met a judge with Christelle, the anonymous complainant. According to Tariq Ramadan’s lawyer, it is possible this same judge is still working in the courthouse office and had hidden the file related to the plane ticket alibi. Tariq Ramadan’s lawyers are demanding an official investigation and are questioning the neutrality of this judicial process.
