Justice for Talulu

Justice for Talulu
The Issue
Today we mourn the tragic loss of our beautiful kitten who was viciously attacked and killed whilst the owner of the dog stood still. Our kitten had just been exposed to the outside world yet little did we know the outside world would cause her fear and pain and brutally take her life.
The kitten had just begun to explore outside next to her house when a dog appeared off the lead and chased her into a bush. The owner of the dog just stood still saying that his dog had done this before whilst listening on to the cries of a terrified kitten. Whilst myself and sister chased the dog, the kitten ran out making desperate attempts to hide. The dog shook her clamping down that the kitten never stood a chance. It took 2 of us to prise the kitten free which only then did the owner decide to intervene. At this point we knew the damage had been done as we watched the kitten gasp for breath until she became limp and died in my arms. The owner just casually walked away without any sign of remorse. What made this worse was that the whole incident was witnessed by 2 very traumatised children.
The breed does not fall within the dangerous dog category however this dog has been known to attack before. As expected the police aren't interested and the RSPCA want an autopsy with no guarantee of an answer to act.
We as a family have been left deeply traumatised and heartbroken by this tragic incident. Our beautiful girl's life was cruelly taken before it had barely begun. This innocent kitten deserves justice just like all animals that have been brutally killed. People like this should be prosecuted and banned from owning pets and this dangerous dog should be destroyed.
Please help us fight for justice by changing the law in the UK so that these barbaric people receive harsher punishment for animal cruelty and lifetime animal bans to prevent more people going through the pain that we are experiencing.
Sleep tight little one, I'm so sorry we couldn't save you.
