Please sign and share this petition in support of justice for my beautiful daughter, Sierra Farabaugh.
The person that is responsible for her death, David Kelly Myers, committed his second DUI and other violations, and pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter, DUI,  failure to maneuver roadways, and is awaiting sentencing.
He is only looking at 4-1/2 months in jail due to a plea with the DA. He is awaiting sentencing and we need support for him to get the maximum sentence.  This is not his first DUI but due to time of the prior one it can’t be counted. 
We’re asking for justice so that he’s sentenced to the maximum under the current guidelines.
