Three years after Sidhu Moose Wala’s death, his parents say they are still fighting for transparency and justice. In February 2026, they filed a complaint alleging that nearly ₹30 crore in digital earnings had not been properly accounted for. They also named Gold Media Entertainment in their allegations, demanding a complete financial audit and clear statements of revenue. According to the family, repeated requests for documentation, account statements, and clarification were ignored.

With no visible action taken despite the seriousness of the complaint, the matter reached an emotional breaking point.

At the Mansa SSP office, Sidhu Moose Wala’s mother, Sardani Balkaur Singh Sidhu, openly broke down in tears. She appeared before the authorities holding her young child in her arms — a painful reminder of the family left behind. It was not a political event or staged protest. It was a grieving mother crying in public, asking for justice in her son’s name.

Beside her, Balkaur Singh stood before the media, demanding accountability. He stated that he first submitted his complaint on 8 June 2025 at the office of the Hon’ble DGP. The complaint was marked to the Mansa SSP for inquiry, and according to him, the inquiry has been ongoing for over six months. He said SP Aulakh was assigned to investigate and that he personally hired a private lawyer and independent financial experts to assist. He claims he provided every possible document, audit report, and financial record to the police.

He questioned why no FIR has been registered despite submitting evidence. He stated that even in smaller cases involving minor sums, FIRs are filed promptly, yet in this matter concerning his son’s earnings, there has been no such action.

He said:

“My wife and I are the legal owners of our son’s companies. For over two to two-and-a-half years, we have not even been given proper financial statements. The income that rightfully belongs to our son has not been shared with us.”
He further stated that documents and complaint files have allegedly remained unattended. Despite repeated visits — even while managing serious health issues and taking daily medication — he says he has not received a decisive response.

Regarding those named in the complaint, he stated that his former manager and others associated with digital management were mentioned. He said:

“If someone is innocent, tell us clearly. But if someone is guilty, at least register an FIR. Why is there no action?”
When asked about the amount involved, he responded:

“It is not about crores. Even if it is ten rupees, the issue is accountability.”
The parents say they have already suffered the greatest loss — the loss of their son. Now, they say they are fighting to protect his legacy from financial irregularities. For them, this is not merely about money; it is about dignity, transparency, and lawful action.

They are asking for one thing only:
A fair investigation, registration of the FIR, and full financial accountability.
