The Department of Labor confirmed that the center was using templates and procedures dating back to 2017 instead of updated, approved policies. (They did the same.thing with my 2015 signature on some of Shawn's documents, forging my name)
That means:

* Improper documentation practices
* Failure to follow current federal standards
So when I see documents with my name attached that I did not authorize or sign…
I have to ask:

👉 Or are they being created and signed without proper consent?
Because that is not just negligence.
