These are not unreasonable requests.
These are basic investigative records.

👉 The investigative report has not been provided

👉 No explanation has been given for the delay

And I am STILL:
* Requesting basic records
* Following up with agencies
* Being forwarded from one office to another
* Waiting on responses that never come
