This is no longer about confusion.
This is about inconsistencies that keep stacking up every time new documents come in.
And now, there are multiple versions of what happened to my son.

🧾 MULTIPLE TIMELINES… FOR THE SAME NIGHT
I was already provided a timeline months ago.
Now suddenly?
👉 There is another timeline being introduced.
And it does NOT match the original one.
So now the question becomes:
Did they forget what they already sent me… or are they trying to rewrite the timeline?
Because there should only be ONE version of events.

🏥 A MEDICAL STORY THAT KEEPS CHANGING
At first, I was told one Shawn died of an overdose.
Now documents are saying:
* Shawn had high blood pressure
* Shawn had high cholesterol
* Shawn possibly died from cardiac arrest
Let me be VERY clear:
👉 My son did NOT have high blood pressure
👉 My son did NOT have high cholesterol
👉 My son did NOT have a history of those conditions
And now suddenly those are being introduced?
On top of that…
👉 An inhaler was listed
My son did NOT have asthma.
I also noticed in the medical report they mentored his heavy weight before jobcorps my son had lost a lot of weight and was on his fitness journey.
So now we have a medical profile that does not match who he was.

💊 DRUG NARRATIVE BEING BUILT… BUT NOT CONSISTENT
Now they are introducing:
👉 Methamphetamine
👉 Cardiac arrest
At the same time.
But in other records?
👉 Drug involvement is listed differently
👉 Some reports don’t even classify it the same way
So which one is it?
Because right now it looks like:
👉 A cause is being built around substances
while the documentation doesn’t stay consistent

⏱ INTERNAL INVESTIGATION DONE… BUT WHERE ARE THE RESULTS?
They completed an internal investigation within ONE MONTH.
But I STILL do not have:
❗ A death certificate
❗ Clear answers
❗ A consistent explanation
And according to Job Corps procedures, death-related records like the death certificate and reports are supposed to be part of the official record. ([supportservices.jobcorps.gov][1])
So again I ask:
👉 Why am I still waiting?

📞 WHAT I SAW AND HEARD BEFORE MY SON DIED
This is something I haven’t said clearly enough before.
When I spoke to Shawn on the phone during intake…
👉 He was already lethargic
👉 He was already falling asleep while talking to me
This was around 12 PM during intake.
So now I have to ask:
👉 What was given to him during intake?
👉 Was he already medicated before testing?
👉 Is that how substances showed up in his system?
Because the condition he was in did not start overnight.

🧾 THE WORD “UNRESPONSIVE”… THAT THEY TRIED TO WALK BACK
The medical examiner Stephanie Ballard told me:
👉 Shawn was found unresponsive
Then later?
👉 Tried to act like they don’t use that term.
But now we have proof:
👉 It’s in THEIR reports
👉 It’s in THEIR documentation
👉 It’s in THEIR incident records
So no—this was never confusion.
That was the truth.

When you step back and look at everything together:

❗ Changing medical history

This is not one mistake.

If my signature can appear (forged) on documents…
Then my voice should have mattered when it came to:
👉 My son’s condition
👉 My son’s care
👉 My son’s death
You cannot involve me when it’s convenient
and exclude me when it matters most. 📄 Their own report says:
👉 “Parents Notified: NO”
My son is found unresponsive.
Foaming at the mouth.
Blood coming from his nose.
And I’m NOT notified??
