Hello Supporters for Rose and Violet,

There is finally a court preliminary hearing that is set for Dec14th at 8:3am. After 4 other preliminary hearings that he and his lawyer managed to delay it looks like this one is finally going to be a go. 
it is likely,  that the Sheriff’s  will be testifying on this day. 
Colin has plead not guilty to both the Felony and the misdemeanor charges. 
I will post another update on Thursday evening after the court hearing. Thank you for supporting Rose and Violet and their family.
