SAD MOMENT - Shameful act done by Kathua Police. From the very beginning we were demanding the arrest of the real culprit who was actually behind that accident but police now arrested the person (Balkar singh) who came out with licence, who handed over the bus to conductor (Sohan singh) somewhere near kalibari and not that actual one, to save the actual culprit (sohan Singh, who was drunk and without licence ) and owner of that bus !! 5 days ago we were assured by SHO kathua that they will catch sohan Singh only as we have witnesses also for proof but don't know what made him to arrest the Driver who already has a licence !! Now where to go? Which door to knock when the Guardians of Law and Order are guarding the criminals by totally fabricating the reality.
