For years, Big Pasta has infiltrated OUR holiday when they already have their own. They waltz in with their 11-minute cook times and al dente attitudes, acting like they own the place. 
  
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. 
  
We declare that National Noodle Day – October 6th – belongs to NOODLES, not pasta. It's time to unite the noodle community and show Big Pasta that their time is up.
