My 2yr old grandson, Rain died on August 30, 2025, from a bullet to his head. 

What our family was told, what we observed and what followed, do NOT align.

The autopsy report shows:

• Gunshot wound above the left eyebrow

• Muzzle distance was approx 2ft away

• Slight upward trajectory

Tribal Police radio transcripts:

•Three men initially detained and released 

•Tribal police reviewing security footage 

•FBI arriving on scene 1.5hrs after incident

No explanation from officials. No basic communication. Not even a standard investigative interview in the homicide of a 2 year old. 

Our family has been shut out at every level: Puyallup tribal leadership, Puyallup tribal agencies, Puyallup tribal child protection services and federal authorities.

Let me be clear: this is not speculation.

This is 248 days without ANY communication from those responsible for the investigation.

We are calling for an independent investigation and FULL DISCLOSURE of what happened to Rain.

I will not stop asking. I will not stop knocking. I’m not going away.
