CRIMINAL CHARGES NEED TO BE FILED AGAINST STEVEN PASCUA BRING MY BROTHER THE JUSTICE HE DESERVES!

My brother was nearly killed on the evening of May 22nd 2021 by Steven Richard Pascua of Albany Oregon. He hit my brother while he was crossing on a pedestrian crossing on Waverly Drive right near South Albany High School.

His response to his insurance company was that my brother shouldn’t have been there! My brother had every right to be on that pedestrian crossing as he was walking home after a family gathering to his pregnant wife and kids. Albany Police Department didn’t even give this man a citation for not yielding to a pedestrian!  No criminal charges were pressed against Mr Steven Pascua not that evening and not now. Mr Pascua is a FREE man while my brother lays bedridden on a feeding tube barely able to communicate!

Mr Pascua had the minimum amount of insurance payable for the state of Oregon being $25,000 and that’s it. So a case worth millions is to be @ $125,000 my brothers insurance paying out the most. After medical bills are finalized my brother may get around $20,00-$30,000 out of a settlement and that to our family is an absolute insult!

I don’t understand why Albany Police Department didn’t press charges because my brothers injuries were severe enough for him to be put into a medically induced coma on a ventilator!

That night Steven Richard Pascua destroyed the life of not only a brother but a son, husband and loving father and deserves criminal charges. His lack of remorse was shown the moment he tried to negate his actions to his insurance company!

In order for my brother to get the medical services required for his severe traumatic brain injury charges need to be filed!

PLEASE HELP MY BROTHER LIVE!
