Justice for Puppies murdered by drowning in cow manure

Justice for Puppies murdered by drowning in cow manure
The Issue
UPDATE
Have you forgotten what John S. Stoltzfus, Jr. did?
His defense team is counting on it.
Stoltzfus is being charged with aggravated cruelty to animals. He murdered four innocent puppies by drowning them in cow manure. Terry, Tom, Tammy and Todd were just 16 weeks old and full of love and trust when Stoltzfus put them in a manure run-off drain to die, then tossed them on a compost pile.
The status conference for Stoltzfus’ case has been continued 10 times since 7/23/24. Why? Because his defense team is hoping the public will lose interest in the case, and Stoltzfus can get away with this heinous crime. We can’t let that happen.
As of today, our petition has nearly 52,000 signatures. Please sign this petition yourself and share it with everyone you know. We need many more signatures to show we haven’t forgotten about what Stoltzfus did. His next scheduled court appearance is 11/25/25.
If you’d like to do more, please take a moment and email the District Attorney at animalabuse@lancastercountypa.gov asking that Stoltzfus is prosecuted and receives the maximum penalty with no plea deal.
THE Heinous Crime:
John S. Stoltzfus Jr., 46, of New Holland, admitted that he killed puppies because he was unable to sell them. They had names: Terry, Tom, Tammy and Todd, were about 16 weeks old and weighed about 25 pounds. They were trusting playful and cute.
They were killed in a terrible way. He put the puppies in a floor drain with runoff from the cows and they drowned in a few inches of cow manure. Then he callously threw the little bodies in a compost pile.
He was charged with four felony counts of aggravated cruelty to animals and four misdemeanor counts of cruelty to animals.
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania is known for it’s horrible puppy mills and practices like this are not unusual. This man was just caught when he pulled the advertisement he was running and told the advertiser why.
Sign the petition and ask the DA to make sure he is prosecuted and requesting maximum penalty and no plea deal.
