On December 3rd 2011 David Leonardo brutally beat to death Priscilla Rose Hernandez who was only 2 years old nine months he left her to die before calling 911 then he said she had choked on Kool-Aid he did this horrendous act in front of her older sister David pleaded pleaded guilty to secondary murder and sentenced to 15 to life credit for time serve and no good time under California new laws he is considered a youthful offender he is now up for parole April 23rd 2024 he has only served 11 years we the undersigned strongly opposed parole for David Leonardo just as demands he served the full prison terms given to him at this time of his sentence because he is a dangerous society
I am putting this petition on my social media and I asked that everybody put your name the state if you are in agreement that he should serve his time again just your name city and state that's all we need thank you for all your help
