So two positives have came about in this case. 1. The caseworker has been removed and 2. Their is s new judge overseeing the case.

However, on April 3rd i am told i will lose custody rights all together. If i could go back to that very day when i had made the phone call asking DHS for their assistance with my children ID TAKE THAT DAY BACK IN A SECOND. 

I don't get how any one can just come into the lives of a family who has issues and had asked for help regarding the behaviors of her children and then suddenly DHS feels the need to remove custody permanently?

Can someone please tell me how this can take place legally.

I need everyone who reads about this petition to PLEASE PLEASE SIGN IT. the more signatures i can get on this petition the better the chances we will have when i am able to send it to supreme court judges requesting for their Ensight to help me sort this out and be reunited with my Children.
