This petition is to END CHILD ABUSE that is taking place at PERIMETER HEALTHCARE in FORREST CITY ARKANSAS and too HOLD ACCOUNTABLE THOSE WHO PUT THEIR HANDS ON MY SON IN AN AGGRESSIVE ABUSIVE MANOR AND TOO HOLD ACCOUNTABLE THE DHS SOCIAL WORKER LAROYCE BROWNING, FOR BEING AWARE OF SUCH AND DOING NOTHING TO HELP MY SON. ALONG WITH HOLDING ACCOUNTABLE THE DOCTOR AND NURSES WHO LIED AND TRIED TO COVER UP THE ABUSE WITH STATING MY SONS ARM WAS ONLY SPRAINED AND NOT BROKEN. EACH OF THEM SHOULD BE PLACED IN JAIL FOR CHILD ABUSE CHARGES. My son Preston, was bullied by other boys at that facility and beat on numerous times, instigated by three facility workers by the names of JEREMIAH, XAVIER, AND HALL. Hall was the only worker that was supposedly fired from his job and is the worker who forcefully bent my son's wrist back so far that it SNAPPED my son's arm broken. The other two workers were only suspended and the Jeremiah worker told my son he would beat him so badly that he would never walk again. My son was taken to the local E. R. and he was told that his arm was only sprained for over a week with it being put in a splint. Then I spoke to Chelsea Vardell, who was able to get my son back to the hospital to have a cat scan done to learn that my son's arm was indeed broken. I told the social worker at DHS in Clark county Arkansas each time my son was beat on begging her to move my son to a different facility before tragedy struck. She told me as she laughed under her breath that he was right where he needed to be at. 

That DHS caseworker LAROYCE BROWNING from Clark county lied to the judge stating that she new nothing of any altercations except for my son causing fights amongst him and other boys there. 

Their were 9 fights brought on by those workers beating my son prior to my son's arm being broken that Laroyce browning was made fully aware of prior to his arm being broken.

Unfortunately this is not the only abuse case that has taken place at Perimeter healthcare. That facility was placed under reprimand along with DHS for covering up numerous child abuse cases for the previous 12 months alone.

And now it has happened again now involving my son. PLEASE HELP ME SAVE MY SONS LIFE. HE IS ONLY 15 AND HAS NEVER EVEN BEEN BAD ENOUGH TO SPANK HIM AND NOW SOME OTHER PEOPLE WHO WORK FOR THE STATE OF ARKANSAS HAS BEAT AND BULLIED HIM SO BADLY THAT HIS ARM WAS SNAPPED IN HALF. 

Arrest those who took part in this abuse and charge them with child abuse charges along with being placed on the abuse registry. 

If it were me who did this to my son I would have been put well under the jail cell but DHS the doctor and his staff nurses and Perimeter healthcare each of those who took part in the abuse of my son should be arrested with no exceptions to the court because if their place of employment. If anything, because of their place of employment, they should be held at a greater accountability according to the laws that govern child abuse and positions of authority. They knew right from wrong. They knew what would happen when you forcefully bend a person's wrist backwards. They knew what they were doing when it happened and as a result they chose to try to cover it up. 

I was the one who contacted the Arkansas state police to open up an investigation for my son's sake. They made the intentional purpose to not call the police or even report that my son's arm was broken or even injured. In fact, when my son was taken to the hospital he told the doctor who did the x-ray that he wanted to press charges and that's when the doctor immediately walked over to the facility staff of Perimeter health-care and began quietly talking amongst themselves. Moments later the doctor then told my son his arm was only sprained and put his arm in a splint. So that doctor most definitely should lose his practicing license for covering up child abuse and the social worker who laughed under her breath at me when I asked her to please move my son for his protection and she stated "he is right where he needed to be at." That  statement alone made it very clear that Laroyce Browning was fully aware of what was being done to my son.
