I am honestly appalled by what the response was to all of the recent complaints of abuse and recent allegations. Considering this facility has been placed under a probationary period previously. You would think that this abuse of the residents in these facilities were being treated properly and better.

Clearly this is not the case. So now my question is, WHY DO THESE FACILITIES CONTINUE TO EVEN OPERATE? Allowing for this to continue on and attempting to JUSTIFY THE ACTIONS OF THESE STAFF MEMBERS ALONG WITH THE ACTIONS OR LACK THEREOF ON ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES END, ITS JUST AMAZING TO SEE THAT THIS IS CONTINUING TO HAPPEN. SO BASICALLY WHAT ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES IS ACTUALLY STATING HERE AND TELLING THE BOYS AT THESE FACILITIES, IS THAT IT'S 100% OK TO SEXUALLY ASSAULTED ANOTHER PERSON AND ITS OK TO BEAT ON THEM AND BULLY THEM? 

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT ARKANSAS IS SAYING TO THESE KIDS. SURE KIDS ITS OK IF YOU WANT TO GO OUT AND RAPE SOMEONE AS LONG AS YOU DONT GET CAUGHT UP DOING IT AND YEAH SURE GO A HEAD AND FIND SOMEBODY TO BEAT ON AS WELL AND DONT FORGET TO BREAK THEIR BONES EITHER. JUST MAKE SURE THEY AREN'T IN ANY REAL SHAPE TO LET THE CAT OUT OF THE BAG SO TO SPEAK SO MAKE IT COUNT KIDS OK?!?!? 

ARE YOU ****** KIDDING ME? PARDON MY LANGUAGE BUT IS THIS WHAT DHS AND ARKANSAS HAS SERIOUSLY COME TO THESE DAYS, WITH ALL THAT HAS HAPPENED,  THEY ARE OK WITH IT AND  TEACHING IT TO OUR CHILDREN? 

Now it's like this has just become a slap on the wrist for apparent bad behavior as if the state of Arkansas' DHS social workers and the facility staff here have only just been punished like they were merely children rough housing and your mother gets on to you for rough housing inside because you may end up breaking stuff so she says take it out side if you want to rough house. 

So the state and this facility so far has been JUSTIFIED FOR NOT ONLY BREAKING BONES OF THESE BOYS AT THESE FACILITIES BUT ALSO FOR ALLOWING SEXUAL ASSAULT TO TAKE PLACE AS WELL AND NOTHING BE DONE ABOUT IT AS IF ITS REALLY OK TO GO OFF AND RAPE ANOTHER HUMAN BEING BECAUSE  LET'S FACE IT, WHO WOULD REALLY BELIEVE THESE BOY'S ANYWAYS? IT WOULD BE THERE WORD AGAINST THE STATE OF ARKANSAS' WORD. CLEARLY THE ARKANSAS HAS SHOWN WHO AND WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT AND MORE VALUABLE HERE!

THIS STATE HAD BETTER SAY PRAYERS TO GOD IF I HAPPEN TO FIND OUT MY SON HAS BEEN SEXUALLY ASSAULTED OR RAPED MORE OR LESS! BECAUSE I WILL TURN INTO THE DEVIL HIMSELF AND I WILL BE BRINGING HELL WITH ME. ITS BAD ENOUGH MY SONS ARM WAS BROKEN BUT FOR ARKANSAS TO SET BACK AND ATTEMPT TO JUSTIFY THERE ACTIONS BECAUSE SUPPOSEDLY THESE BOYS DAMAGED THE BUILDING? 

What kid wouldn't begin tearing things down around them when they are beat on bullied and sexually assaulted? If it were me I would have done a lot more than what the facility staff said was done to that building. Their wouldn't be a building left standing at all. 

This is so heart breaking to know that these people are getting away with this type of treatment towards these kids
