Pop was a 4/5 year old female whippet from Mablethorpe, Lincolnshire. She was abused for weeks before being murdered by strangulation in the summer of 2022.

Brandon Ratcliffe (Joyce) was responsible for the abuse and murder of Pop. Myla Smith was responsible for removing the deceased dogs microchip and disposal of her body in a ditch.

Myla Smith confided and confessed the crimes to us which were recorded as evidence. There’s also more evidence such as conversations and screenshots etc.

We have worked closely with the RSPCA who built up a great case with lots of evidence but unfortunately not enough for the cps to take it to court.

We are extremely disappointed as we want some form of justice for Pop. We are therefore asking you to please sign this petition to try help us get some justice for Pop and for the cps to reconsider taking this case to court.
