Pip was found with horrendous injuries which resulted in her having to be pts 

Evidence shows that she was up for sale just weeks prior to her death by people who are now stating she didn't belong to them and that they found her in this condition there are witnesses to prove this man brought pip where she was found 

There was enough evidence for cps to charge these people but the courts stated not enough and they bailed them 

We want proper justice for pippa and for the courts to do something to make sure these owners get what they deserve a jail sentence  and to take into accounts the witnesses and evidence given 

Pip deserves this
