Arrest Warrant Requested: New Video of Pasha’s Abuse Emerges

The police have requested an arrest warrant for the monster who brutally abused and killed the dog, Pasha. This is a crucial step toward justice, but the fight is far from over. The animal rights group CARE has obtained a devastating piece of evidence—a previously unreleased video of the incident, captured by a courageous middle school student they met at a recent Pasha rally.

That student was the very first person to witness the horror. Sensing something was terribly wrong, he had the presence of mind to pull out his camera just after Pasha collapsed and the abuser stopped his electric bicycle. The video is a raw, heartbreaking record of Pasha bleeding profusely, yet the student kept filming, showing courage in the face of a harrowing situation.

When a crowd gathered, many citizens stepped in to confront the abuser. One person, fueled by righteous anger for Pasha, swore at the abuser, who responded with an attempt at violence. It took other men in the crowd to physically stop the abuser from attacking the concerned citizen.

When police finally arrived, Pasha was shamefully neglected. Had they acted quickly and not simply abandoned Pasha to a municipal shelter, the dog could have been rushed to a hospital and might have been saved. The shelter staff should have known Pasha was too critical to be transported to a distant facility. CARE is determined to expose the full truth behind this unforgivable failure, as the incompetence of both local police and government officials is yet another cause of Pasha’s tragic death.

A Vicious Act Captured on Video
Pasha was dying alone on the pavement. The video reveals a heartbreaking detail that speaks volumes about the abuse Pasha endured: when the abuser raises his hand, Pasha, writhing in pain, stops screaming. This small, devastating gesture shows that Pasha was so broken by fear that the mere threat of a raised hand was enough to silence the cries of an animal in agony.

This video is more than just evidence; it is a powerful testimony that will ensure the abuser’s arrest. Even now, the abuser is trying to escape accountability with pathetic lies, claiming, “The police didn’t let me take her to the hospital.” But the video exposes the truth, showing the abuser demanding the dying, bleeding dog get up so he could continue to drag him with the motor bike.

We appreciate the Dongnam Police Station for seeking this arrest warrant. Their action is a crucial start. We will not rest until justice is served, and with the Citizens’ Action for Pasha’s Justice, CARE will continue to fight for the passage of “Pasha’s Law” to ensure no other animal has to suffer this kind of horrific fate.

Justice for Pasha! First Rally Concludes, Second Rally Announced for September 9th.

The first rally was held in Cheonan, where many citizens came together to mourn Pasha’s tragic death and raise their voices against the police negligence and broken systems that allowed it to happen. On the path where Pasha was brutally dragged, people laid flowers, holding back tears. Citizens spoke out with trembling voices during open mic sessions, and every step of our march shouted one clear message: Pasha deserves justice.

But this is only the beginning. Pasha’s case is still under investigation without the abuser being detained, simply because authorities claim there’s “no risk of flight.” Yet the abuser—who casually said things like “Should I use some violence?” to a TV producer—remains free, walking the streets. This isn’t just about one case; it’s about the safety of all of us.

We must demand more. Louder. Stronger. “Punish the abuser in Pasha’s case! Prosecution, give Pasha the justice he deserves!”
