Heartbreaking Update: Pasha’s Mother, Asha, Found Alive but Traumatized
New evidence has revealed that the dog hidden by Pasha’s abuser was not his puppy, as previously believed, but his mother—Asha. Adopted shortly before Pasha’s death, Asha shows heartbreaking signs of lifelong abuse: she fears leashes, flinches at sudden movements, and struggles to walk due to severe hind leg weakness. Yet, despite all she’s endured, Asha remains gentle and affectionate.

Pasha’s Law: Turning Tragedy into Change
In response to this horrific cruelty, CARE is launching Pasha’s Law, a legislative campaign to prevent similar abuse. The law proposes a ban on dragging animals, mandatory emergency response for abused animals, and strict legal accountability for abusers and negligent officials. To make this law a reality, CARE is seeking volunteers in legal, medical, media, and field action teams. Pasha’s death must lead to real change—stand with us for justice.
