We are pleased to inform our supporters that the Supreme Court of the Philippines has officially raffled and docketed our Petition concerning the exclusion of certain PAGCOR retirees from benefits under the CPCS implementation framework.

Most significantly, the case is being handled by the Supreme Court En Banc, and the Court has already directed the concerned respondents — including the Executive Secretary, the Office of the Solicitor General, the Governance Commission for GOCCs, and PAGCOR — to submit their formal Comments to the Petition.

This is an important procedural development. The Petition was not summarily dismissed, and the constitutional issues we raised are now formally joined for response by the government.

Following our meeting with counsel, we were advised that requests for extension of time by the respondents are possible and are common in complex constitutional and government policy cases of this nature.

We remain hopeful, disciplined, and united in pursuing equal protection, fairness, and just treatment for all affected retirees.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our cause.
