Thank you for signing the petition for Oak’s Law. If you haven’t already done so, would you please share the petition so others can also sign it? (You can even share it again--we have to keep Oak's Law front and center.)

We will ultimately need 5000-10000 signatures to take this petition to the Florida legislature. Most petitions take 2-3 weeks to get just 100 signatures. In less than one week, we have almost 400 signatures! It will help if most of the signatures are from Florida, but ALL signatures count and matter! 

So far, this is all grassroots support that has come mostly from social media (Facebook, Nextdoor, LinkedIn). You can also email and text the petition.

Oak's life meant something. We have to stop the cruel abuse and abandonment of pets who need to be classified and treated as family--not property.
