nowhere safe

July 1st, nyxie and i had our first visit since she's been back from the Disneyworld vacation i was opposed to. nyxie didn't wanna tell me anything about vacation other than the beach. that's strange...

i was informed by the clarvida caseworker that nyxie hurt herself (the excuses are always the same, and my daughter is not that clumsy!) well that bump was present on June 17th visit! after the visit, i made a doctor's appt the next day. i was reprimanded for making the appt by Clarvida caseworker, Makayla Ebersole. she continuously violates my constitutional rights and my parental RIGHTS. i have my legal rights and medical rights. i should have full custody but miffco is taking time digging their graves. i was told I'm only allowed to schedule Dr appts for nyxie during our SCHEDULED VISITS! mmm yes i know, very illegal. also - there's a problem with the dentist. i want nyxie to go to OUR dentist, not geisinger. I've made this clear since her birth basically. as soon as i found out she needed an appt i tried to get her in but I'm being blocked (the referral was hidden from me & i was not made aware - i found it on MyChart) & CYS must call and get nyxie scheduled - which they will with her referral. i just keep documenting everything. just wait for the movie to come out👌🏼
