Noorie is a sweet dog age nine who was brutally raped with an 11 inch wooden stick to her private parts. Noorie is receiving excellent care from Bombay Animal Rights. Animal welfare laws need to be upheld in India. Most crimes against animals in India go unpunished. The laws must be upheld and criminals must be punished to the full extent of the law.
