Noah Bush was a awesome 8 year old little boy who was loved by everyone.  But his life was cut short. Noah left with friends after school to play. These friends and him had stopped being friends a few months prior because Noah felt they were trying to bully him. As children often do they made up. On that same day  5/15/24  did not come home and was reported missing. Wayne County Sheriff's came out with civilians and several agencies to search. His shoe was found in woods but he was not. May16,2024 he was found he  drowned in a county maintained work site that was also a clay swimming hole to many. Sheriff Robert E Moseley aka Chuck said  to local news that "Noah went around a no trespassing sign took his shoes off  to go swimming and drowned but no foul play suspected and it was still being investigated."Yet the area was never taped off. The road was also being graded that same day after finding Noah.  There is proof of all this!! Despite Noah's mother insisting he was terrified of water they released above statement and ignored her claims that somethingwas not right. Within a matter of hours Robert Moseley's statement was on the news but without any autopsy, without any proof of anything  WITHOUT AN INVESTIGATION! How could Sheriff Moseley say this? Citizens went out to the area because the vast majority seemed to think Our Sheriff was lying because it was 5 days before election.  He was not concerned about Noahs case.  His concern was being reelected. So Citizens went to look!   They found and video recorded that it was not roped or taped off, there were clothing articles, foot prints near by where Noah was located. We do not know to whom they belonged. However, during a actual investigation everything should be collected. The following day the resource officer who pulled him out of the water went to his school. He told the kids in his school that his job was to pull people out of the water who drowned like Noah did. What was the purpose of this and is he allowed to do that without parents consent? I do not have the answers to these questions but he did that. These were Noahs teachers and friends. The Sheriffs office did not stay in contact with the family or give them any support that is guaranteed in  Victims Rights  law of Georgia. The day of election we began protest to ask that they actually investigate and call in GBI and turn case over to them because we do not trust the Sheriff's  Department. Two or 3 hours after election  literally while we were still protesting  reelected Sheriff Robert Moseley did another news interview saying he was calling in GBI to assist. Ironic isn't it?  The election was over so now he can investigate??!! While waiting on GBI to arrive ring camera video and audio began to circulate on social media where you can hear a child saying he's dead. This and several other things were taking to Sheriff's office. One of the mothers of the accused children is a well known drug user who had been with 3 others when they died from overdoes!!  Their families begged the Sheriff's office to investigate the woman but to no avail. Their loved ones were simply considered addicts and that was the end of that. People tend to die around her alot these past 5 years.She and her boyfriend have made several concerning post and comments on social media in regards to Noah. GBI did come to help with questioning people but they left within a few days.  So it's still in Sheriff's hands. A month has now passed with no answers and no justice. All these people are free. You will see several videos from Kaylie Cline a civilian who has done more investaging  than Law inforcement. To her we are extremely grateful.  You will see screenshots and more from and to the accused mother. You can see the protest, ballon realease and so much more. 30 days of protest. 30 days a mother has not gotten justice for her child. Noah should be here. His certificates from school were giving out and recieved by his teacher and classmates. Instead of having a field day he had a funeral. His family and loved ones grieve him daily. We want justice. This is the same Judicial Circut that originally failed #AhmaudArbery until it went Public. Every year we are having to protest for our black sons and daughters and every year we have to fight for their justice. This Judicial circut is ran on a Good Ole boy and old money system it's time for change. The corruption has went on here for years. Even after officers and old Cheif of police were fired or forced to resign none of their cases were revisited. I find this out because their integrity was in questioning.
