• We, concerned citizens, demand justice for a defenseless healthy baby boy who was alive at his untimely birth. This innocent baby did not ask to be born and he sure did not ask to be murdered at the hands of such a self loathing, self centered and lying mother, who was supposed to be the one person in this world who would take care of him and love him..After all she was indeed pregnant by her boyfriend of two years, whom was living in the same house with Alexee, her mother and siblings.  Even though she denied being sexually active and denied being pregnant or possibly pregnant when she went into the emergency room at Artesia General Hospital on January 27 2023 complaining of back pain.  Yet Alexee, the father of the infant including her own mother have denied knowing anything about her pregnancy for the entire 9 months. Alexee even told friends at school that she knew she was pregnant,  then told others she was just gaining weight from birth control pills. Alexee had ever told some friends the infants name was going to be Alex. She named him and even created a memorial inside her mother's  home after she intentionally murdered him without one ounce of remorse. That is until she was behind bars and not able to be pampered. She is 19 years old young lady who pretended to be innocent and unknowing to law enforcement as well as Hospital staff that treated her. Alex was able to take just one breath of air in his little lungs, before his own mother Alexee Trevizo decided to rapidly wrap him in up in plastic trashbags to suffocate him to where he couldn't even cry out for help or breathe another breath before the bag became suctioned to his nose and mouth and then she threw him into the bottom of the trashcan and covered him with bloody paper towels hoping no one would find his little body. Then Alexee on surveillance footage proceeded to walk out of the restroom as if she had done nothing wrong. Even after the infant was found by the hospital cleaning staff after Alexee Trevizo left the bathroom floors and walls a bloody crime scene, she was confronted regarding a deceased infant that was found, her exact words were directed straight to her mother saying  " I'm sorry , I didn't know what else to do and " IT " (Her newborn son) DIDNT CRY OR NOTHING" unquote. IT ??? That is what she called her own baby, that she did not want to disturb her fake innocent persona that she liked to portray to others, she , her mother and the baby's father has even denied knowing about her pregnancy. When school officials and friends asked her if she pregnant and she would tell them no she was just gaining weight from her birth control pills. Yet she was taking prescription diet pills to try and keep her weight off. The photos show clearly she was pregnant and anyone with common sense will see for themselves that she was indeed pregnant and not just gaining weight from birth control pills.  Her mother Maria whom I must add is a total overbearing, over pampering, control freak and very  aggressive and over protective parent who continues to deny knowing her daughter was pregnant and that I have a very hard time believing considering she is the one who lied along with her daughter to hospital staff claiming that her daughter was not even sexually active and had been on her periods each month. Yet a parent whom is in total control of their child's adult life, sees her gaining so much weight with such a rounded belly and not ask questions while allowing the baby's father Alexee's boyfriend to live in the same house with Alexee, her mother and siblings as well as sleep in the same bed with her daughter. Alexee acted as if she was some innocent kindergartener baby child with her big glasses and look of such fake shock while turning on and off Instant fake crocodile tears, the only time she showed any true emotion is when her mother began yelling at her in the hospital room. But once she knew her daughter was being charged with murder and tampering with evidence her mother became combative with law enforcement officers. The latest is that Alexee and her mother along with their attorney are now suing the hospital for wrongful death of her son, yet she was the one who murdered him in cold blood, delivered her own placenta and per the staff who found the infants body have all stated that the umbilical cord looked as if an animal.had chewed through it and it looked like stinged cheese. This Grown Adult being 19 years of age has gotten more than enough pampering and pity ranging from the law enforcement officers , the judge and the public. Just two months after suffocating her newborn son, Alexee and the baby's father attended their senior prom while Alexee wearing a very short and revealing dress with tennis shoes,  smiled and posed for pictures and danced the night away as if nothing had happened. Her attorney appeared on national television stating that the public needed to leave her alone and allow her to.grieve that she had just lost her son. She MURDERERED HIM WITH PLASTIC TRASHBAGS IN THE BATHROOM AT A HOSPITAL WHERE SHE HAD ALL THE HELP SHE NEEDED AND THE BEST PLACE TO LEAVE A NEWBORN IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE CHILD.  SHE COULD HAVE CALLED FOR HELP IF SHE DIDNT KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING AND SEEING HER BABY IN THE TOILET ALIVE.  BUT SHE CHOSE NOT TOO, SHE CHOSE TO SUFFOCATE HIM AND HIDE HIS BODY INSTEAD OF GETTING HIM HELP AND GIVING HIM A CHANCE AT LIFE WITH PARENTS WBO WOULD LOVE HIM AND CARE FOR HIM..Her friends are.now coming out and stating that she did indeed know she was pregnant and had named him Alex. However he would have messed up her perfect fake persona she lived and it wouldve cramped her fake innocence she portrayed. Upon her arrest she showed no emotion even looking tp her mom to answer simple questions about herself.  The beginning of this horrific crime is after her arrival at the emergency room department for back pain Alexee and her mother Maria both denied she was sexually active and that she was and couldnt possibly be pregnant. denied being sexually active. Then to walk out and you can see the surveillance footage from the hospital hallway camera how she walked out with not an ounce of emotion, fear or look of distess in anyway.  This innocent healthy newborn baby boy who tragically lost his life at the hands of his own mother so she could upkeep her fake persona of innocence and self loathing attitude of being above everyone around her at school.  She is blaming the hospital for giving her pain and nausea medication while in the emergency room stating it is either what put her out of her right mind to commit such a heinous act or that it is the reason the infant was not alive however autopsy results showed the infant did indeed have air in his lungs and per hospital staff upon finding his little lifeless body , stated that he had sucked the plastic in his mouth and the bag was suctioned to his face as he tried to breath. It is an outrage that this accused murderer is currently out on a $100,000 bond and attending college classes as if she has not committed a heinous horrific crime and blaming the hospital for negligence.  I was given the same medicationz she was during my delivery of my first child and she was just fine upon my delivery as well as myself. Not once did it cross my mind to run in the bathroom and kill her and I was only 16 at the time she was born. This pretending to be a 5 year old child in front of her controlling mother knew what she was doing for those 20 min alone in that hospital room denying staff entry into the restroom to check on her wellbeing. We firmly believe that the judge's decision to release her and her mother and attorneys actions including filing a wrongful death lawsuit against the hospital who was doing everything they could to treat her for her claim of backpain and  not being sexually active and having monthly periods,and it wasnt until the blood work came back that they confirmed that she was indeed pregnant and when confronted she claimed she needed to use the restroom and ran down the hall and proceeded to give birth all along she had been in labor in the emergency room department but did not want her mother to know even though she is of legal age being 19 and her mother allowed her boyfriend to sleep.im the same bed with her daughter and live in the same house.  Just because she is not a flight risk and was under severe amounts of stress while incarcerated for a day or so, does not grant her the right to roam free while awaiting trial. Especially when she went to prom two months after killing her infant son and was smiling and was even allowed to graduate while students were threatened with suspension if caught mentioning or saying anything to her once she arrived back at school. Alexee should be treated the same as any other criminal who murdered someone and especially a newborn baby, many of other young mothers were not flight risk and had their own lives outside jail but were kept in custody and behind bars until their trial date. Alexee should be kept behind bars as well without special treatment by.anyone just because of her fake innocent persona she portrays to everyone around her. 
  
  The facts are clear: this mother intentionally suffocated her innocent newborn son in a hospital bathroom where she was in the most safest place to have a child and not knowing what was allegedly happening to her. Alsp Daniels Law thar allows mothers to leave their babies with hospitals, fire departments,  police station without questions or punishment

 Such an act of cruelty and disregard for human life especially that one being your own newborn baby  should not be taken lightly. It is our duty as a society to ensure that those responsible for such heinous crimes face appropriate consequences.

It is deeply concerning that the judge deemed this accused murderer "not a flight risk" and allowed her freedom until trial. However, we must emphasize that being labeled "not a flight risk" should never justify releasing someone charged with murder back into society.

We understand that there may be other inmates who are also considered "not flight risks" but remain behind bars until their trial date. This inconsistency in our justice system only adds insult to injury and undermines public trust in its ability to deliver fair outcomes.

To rectify this injustice, we call upon the relevant authorities to take immediate action:

1. Revoke the accused mother's bond and ensure she remains incarcerated until her trial.
2. Conduct thorough investigations into any potential biases or conflicts of interest surrounding this case.
3. Review existing bail policies and guidelines to prevent similar instances from occurring in the future.
4. Prioritize victim rights by ensuring swift trials without compromising due process.
