Dear Friends,

 I am writing to you today with some very good news. As of last night, Joshua Robinson is behind bars. He has been indicted on non-capital murder, which is second degree murder in the death of Murph.

I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your support. Your signatures on the petition, your phone calls, and your emails made a difference. We could not have done this without you.

This is a huge victory for Murph and ALLL of Virginia Beach. It is a victory for justice. And it is a victory for all of us who believe that no one is above the law.

I know this is not the end of the journey; we are still awaiting a similar outcome for Chapman. But I am confident with your support that justice will prevail.
