Subject:
Brutal Murder of a 4-Month-Old Puppy
Dear Sir,
We, the residents of Prestige Tranquility Society, are writing to bring to your immediate attention the brutal crime committed against a 4-month-old community dog on 12th July at 8:45 AM. The following details outline the incident:
1. On the morning of 12th July at 8:45 AM, Mr. Ali and Mr. Vamsi, security personnel at Prestige Tranquility Society, caught a community dog who was four months old.
2. They placed the dog in a bag and left it inside for three hours.
3. The dog was later taken to Mandur Pet Hospital, where the attending veterinarian confirmed that the dog had arrived deceased.
4. Residents had been following up with the security personnel regarding the status of the dog, to which they deceitfully responded that the dog was healthy and had been let out.
It is evident that both Mr. Ali and Mr. Vamsi committed this heinous crime with full awareness and intent. However, it is not clear whether they did it on their own initiative or were instructed by Executive Committee (EC) member/members to do so. This also needs to be investigated.
This incident has caused immense distress among the residents, particularly the pet owners within the community. The residents have lost trust in the security personnel tasked with ensuring their safety and the safety of their pets.
Actions Requested from the Police:
Immediate FIR Filing:
We demand an immediate FIR be filed against Mr. Ali, Mr. Vamsi and unknown EC Members for their involvement in this brutal act.
Investigation of New Information:
A resident has come forward with information that the security guards were seen beating the puppy.
We request that this new information be thoroughly investigated through CCTV footage or any other possible means.
Conclusion:
We hope for your immediate action on this matter to ensure justice is served and such incidents do not recur. The well-being and safety of our community’s animals are of utmost importance.
