Yesterday on April 4th Schimelpfenig Middle School lost a beloved and cherished substitute teacher due to a small handful of individuals(less than 10) accusing him of wrongdoing to administrators. He had never done anything so heinous to justify taking his job.

    Our previous Spanish teacher had to leave for personal work-related reasons so Mr. Miller was hired to fill in the role to supervise the students and keep them on track rather than being an actual Spanish instructor.

    He was very laid back and would always be very forgiving with assignments. He would even play music for student recommendation. Imagine if he was your teacher when you were younger.

   He wasn't just a sub that came in when teachers were sick. He was a long-term substitute teaching us for almost the whole school year until he was fired. He was given no chance to defend himself and was kicked out of the building after school hours. How can you take away someone's job just by the word of just a few individuals?

   To top it all off the other Spanish teacher now needs to manage two classes at one adding double the grading and stress with zero extra pay. Could you imagine having to manage 30+ students at once in 2 separate rooms? Please sign this petition to show we support him and hopefully get his job back. He was a great teacher and a great friend.
