Our beloved pot belly ESA was mauled and killed by our neighbors 3 dogs on Aug 20th after they tore and chewed their way through our privacy fence. The owners have been allowed to retain said aggressive animals, at least until we go to court. We have no idea when that will be and we are terrorized daily by these vicious animals. We can't let our other 2 dogs outside, we can't allow our son to go outside, WE can't do anything in our backyard without these dogs attacking and charging the fence  barking and growling. Those dogs were brought in as puppies which means this man TRAINED them and RAISED them to be aggressive. He has to keep them on LOG chains in a fenced in yard because they are so aggressive. However, they let them off the chain daily, and also, the dogs will break free. It is noted in the police report that the dogs have gotten out frequently. There are other pets and tons of children on our street who are now potentially in danger if any one of those 3 dogs were to get out again. It isn't right. They need to be removed NOW.
