We the people demand a full disclosure and a Felony Prosecution of a man from Wooster, Ohio, in Wayne County in regards to Animal Cruelty. Mocha is a Dog who we believe was brutally abused by a man by the name of John  Wickens. This horrible event which resulted in euthanasia came to her final demise on February 15, 2024. There is specualtion that her skin and bones, beaten down, 3 year old body was sexually assaulted. I spoke with the Dog Warden, the Police Department and the Vet Clinic and requested/ demanded that a DNA test be made.
