Subject: Request for Review and Amendment of Marilyn Monroe’s Death Certificate
Dear [Recipient’s Name/Title],
I am writing to respectfully request a review of the official cause of death listed on Marilyn Monroe’s death certificate. While the certificate currently states suicide, compelling evidence has emerged over the years that warrants reconsideration.
Recently, in LA Coroner by Anne Soon Choi, retired Los Angeles deputy coroner Thomas Noguchi—who conducted Marilyn’s autopsy—publicly shared his long-standing concerns.
Dr. Noguchi stated that he found no needle marks on her body, collected multiple organ and fluid samples for toxicology, and was alarmed by the limited testing conducted. He further revealed that the toxicologist disposed of key organ samples before further analysis could be completed, leaving significant questions unanswered.
Dr. Noguchi himself admitted that “alarm bells” went off in his head at the time and acknowledged uncertainty about the accuracy of the suicide ruling. His testimony adds to decades of inconsistencies, conflicting reports, and unanswered questions surrounding Marilyn Monroe’s passing.
Given Marilyn Monroe’s cultural significance and the historical importance of accuracy, I urge your office to re-examine the case and consider amending the cause of death on her certificate. Correcting the record would not only honor Marilyn Monroe’s memory but also provide long-overdue clarity for history.
Thank you for your time and dedication to ensuring truth in such important matters.
Sincerely,
[Your Full Name]
