Norman Jefferies is the witness who spoke. Late. In 1993, when he was very sick, he had nothing left to lose. "I think they will have a hard time electrocuting me in my wheelchair," he says, referring to the issue of national safety that has forced silence and discretion over the years. Eunice Murray, and Jeff, the handyman worked at Marilyn Monroe's, and they saw everything. And yet the police never questioned him.
From Saturday, August 4, 1962, in the morning, the day of the death of Marilyn Monroe, to Sunday, August 5 in the morning, until 7:30,  Norman Jefferies was in the hacienda of the actress or in the surroundings ( "the worst day of my life"). We can also see it in pictures taken by the press after the leak of information on the death of the star.

That Saturday, around 8:30 am / 9:00 am, Norman Jefferies, the handyman, is already tiling the kitchen floor. He remembered a pale Marilyn.

A little before noon, Pat Newcomb gets up. A fight breaks out with Marilyn. Possibly following a conflict of the day since the actress thought to meet Bobby Kennedy on Friday night to explain, through Pat. Hence the dismissal of the press officer close to the Kennedy clan. Despite the order to leave, Pat Newcomb remained a good time, according to Norman Jefferies.

Norman Jefferies, the handyman, remembers that Robert Kennedy and Peter Lawford arrived in the middle of the afternoon, between 3:00 pm and 4:00 pm, and that they gave money to Eunice Murray and him -so that they leave the place for an hour. On the way back, Lawford's car was gone, Marilyn Monroe was angry and scared, she said Bobby had threatened her, tells Jefferies: "I'll never forget, Marilyn was completely hysterical. She had a black scare and at the same time, she was furious. "

Norman Jefferies will confirm the return of Robert Kennedy with two men. They ordered the handyman and Eunice Murray to leave. The two went to the neighbors, according to Jefferies.

A little before 10:45 pm,  Norman Jefferies and Eunice Murray return to the hacienda, in the clubhouse, he says. "I thought she was dead. She was on her stomach. I did not feel like she was breathing. She had a terrible color. Eunice called an ambulance. Then she phoned Dr. Greenson. He told him that he was coming immediately and also call Dr. Engelberg. " Alert is given as to the health of Marilyn Monroe. An ambulance is sent on site. "I went to the gate to wait for the arrival of the ambulance. Before the ambulance arrives, Pat Newcomb and Peter Lawford arrived. Pat became hysterical, she screamed at Eunice that I. I think the ambulance arrived before Dr. Greenson, " Jefferies remembered.

"I was with Eunice in the living room when Marilyn died. Pat Newcomb could be heard screaming. We knew she was dead. After that, people began to swarm everywhere, " says Norman Jefferies.

The handyman was present when Marilyn's body was moved from the guesthouse to her room in the early hours of Sunday. He confessed "a conspiracy involving all those present at the place of death on August 4 and 5th. They were Eunice Murray, Pat Newcomb, Peter Lawford, Ralph Greenson, Hyman Engelberg, and himself.
