On May 11th, 2021, 14-year-old Madison Roy-Boudreau was last seen at her school bus stop at around 7:30am in Bathurst New Brunswick several witnesses saw her entering a vehicle of a man known to her and her family a man she trusted. However he was a clever manipulate predator,who groomed Madison convinced her she was safe with him, using the promise of new phone. 

The truth was he had been arrested released on conditions, and was awaiting trial for the rape of another 14-year-old girl in Petite-Rocher, New Brunswick. He was under a court order banning him from being alone with girls under 18.

 

Madison has never been seen alive again

Her case was officially declared a homicide on August 11, 2021, thanks in part to key information-evidence given to Bathurst Police.  Since then, multiple detailed tips have been submitted to the RCMP—naming suspects, offering maps, satellite images, and exact locations to be searched, and details and even names of possible accomplices. 

 

But the RCMP has only searched A specific area of Middle River—and only twice, once in October 2024, then again in June 2025. They have not searched other credible locations, including specific coordinates provided by those trying to help from both inside and outside Canada, and it seems none of those mentioned as accomplices have been arrested and investigated, despite it 'being common knowledge among the community.'

 

Meanwhile, in summer 2023, Steven Laurette was found guilty of the original 2019 rape charge and sentenced to 7 years in prison. Shockingly, he still applies for day release—while Madison remains missing, and no one has been charged in connection with her disappearance and homicide.

 

In fact, people submitted information on suspected accomplices and locations where Madison's remains could be to the RCMP. Given that Steven Laurette was arrested on May 14th 2021 for breaching his undertaking by being with Madison alone,  Steven Laurette would not have been able to dispose of evidence and Madison's remains especially as he was under surveillance since May 12th 2021 Despite this none of these suspected accomplices have been arrested, their homes and vehicles haven't been searched. 

 

We are calling on the RCMP And The Crown Prosecution Services to:

 

Increase the number of searches carried out, and to expand the search of-and beyond Middle River based on all locations and tips submitted. Acknowledge the submitted intelligence and take it seriously. Lay a no-body Murder Charge against Steven Laurette given the forensic evidence in his vehicle two long brown hairs blood and postmortem fluids and the fact he had Probable cause 

Publicly explain why key locations have not been investigated, and key-persons of interest have not been arrested and investigated, even four years after Madison’s disappearance, Publicly explain why why the no-body murder charge has not been filed against Steven Laurette despite the forensic evidence and probable cause. 

These searches and charges are crucial to finding Madison as Steven Laurette refuses to tell the RCMP where Madison's remains are and what happened to her, the no-body Murder charge is also crucial to stop Steven Laurette getting away with murder and living freely in the community again, he refuses to give any information regarding whether other people were involved-or who they may be, leaving possible accomplices to live freely among the community. 

Madison should have graduated with her class last month like every other 18 year old she knew. That opportunity that fun relationships friendships her voice her future all taken away from her 

In January 2025 Steven Laurette was named as a suspect in the homicide of Madison Roy-Boudreau. Despite this fact and the list of forensic evidence found in his vehicle now being made public to the Canadian and worldwide media, Steven Laurette has yet to be charged with the disappearance-or-homicide of Madison Roy-Boudreau because her remains have not been found, there is a law in Canada where Murder charges can be brought against someone even if the victims body hasn't been found. This needs to happen Now. 

This is shameful that a suspected 'killer' may never be be charged for ending Madison's life so cruelly and deliberately, also the fact unless Madison's remains are found, and a no-body murder filed Steven Laurette could be free from prison in just over four years and free to live his life in the community again, and among young teenage girls and children, to stop this from happening and to keep Children Safe,

We need Madison's remains recovered and Steven Laurette charged with Murder now, to stop this killer and other suspects from literally getting away with murder and destruction of evidence, and posing a dangerous risk to other children. 

By signing and sharing you can change Madison's legacy to one of protection and change for children, instead of just being a victim with no grave or no justice. 

Madison was an innocent child with her whole life ahead of her, Madison deserves to be found. Those who loved her, and the community deserve closure.
