Our beautiful daughters, Maddie and Libby, were tragically taken from us due to the reckless driving of an individual who was already known to the police. Despite this person's history and the devastating consequences of their actions, they were sentenced to only 10 years in prison - a term that will be reduced to just over 6 years with good behavior. This is a gross miscarriage of justice.

Every year, thousands of lives are lost due to reckless and dangerous driving.
We believe that the individual who killed our children and others should face stricter and longer sentencing when their actions result in loss of life. By doing so we can send a clear message about our society's intolerance towards reckless,  dangerous behavior on our roads and potentially deter future incidents.

THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE HAD BEEN ARRESTED AND RELEASED UNDER INVESTIGATION FOR BEING 18 TIMES OVER THE LEGAL LIMIT FOR A COCKTAIL OF DRUGS 40 DAYS BEFORE KILLING OUR CHILDREN.

We would like support in appealing lenient sentencing to the man who killed our beautiful girls.

No family should have to endure what we have experienced while watching those responsible receive lenient punishments.
